Hours of Trading
Parafinalia is a sole proprietorship (one man Band) My opening hours are also my working hours.
9am to 5 pm Tuesdays To Friday
9 am to 4 pm Saturday ( closed for lunch Sat only 12.30 to 2.00)
Closed On the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month
Always Closed on Bank Holidays -- 4 Days Thursday night to Tuesday Morning
Replies during working hours only, in all cases.

Sale of Goods
Goods are sold in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) UK, Your statutory rights apply.
Goods described as new
Have been purchase from a reputable Wholesaler, Manufacturer, or Distributor. Normal warranties ( if applicable) apply.
Goods Described as New/Old
Usually applies when an item no longer in production or normal retail sale, but is in unused condition, may be very old
Goods described Used.
Almost always have minor cosmetic marks and scratches, the item descriptions should be read carefully.
When collecting used items they should examined before removal. Returns are not accepted on collected items
Most currencies are accepted £ , $, and € Preferred
Online payments by Nochex, Paypal, Klana and Bank Transfer
Credit and Debit cards are accepted through one of these
Orders cannot be placed and paid by phone

Cash on collection from shop
Customers are granted fourteen days from the moment they receive an item to decide whether they want to return it, and then an additional fourteen days to ship the items back to the merchant.
Goods returned because of a Change of mind or a reason not arising from a complaint must be in salable condition Ie; packaging intact, any seals unbroken and must include the packing note/invoice
Complaints should be made by Email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 working days of receipt.
Goods returned under complaint should be 'as sent' within 14 days of complaint, with no attempt at repair and include all original packaging and inclusions.
Paraffin and other Fuels cannot be returned once opened
Returns are not accepted on collected items, except where the fault could not be seen under visual inspection
1. Refunds for goods returned because of faults or errors by Parafinalia will include all shipping costs incurred.
2. Refunds for goods returned because of errors by the Buyer will not include shipping costs
3 Attempts to use condition 1. when condition 2 clearly applies will be viewed as dishonest and or fraudulent
Type of shipping is selected by customer, please note that timings quoted by shippers do not account for out of hours placement of orders. Ie an order placed on a Sunday for shipment Parcelforce 48 would not be delivered to the Post Office until Tuesday Morning
