Fitted with the Veritas 'Patent' Flame Stabiliser.
The Veritas Advert at the time of Production was
" When fitted with the 'Veritas' Flame Stabiliser the flow of Oil to the wick is finely regulated and the flame cannot be extinguished however low the Wick is turned or the Lamp roughly handled
