Unsatisfactory goods can be returned any time within 14 working days of receipt provided notice of intended return is given within 7 working days of receipt.

Returned goods must be 'as sent' in original packaging with all inclusions, and no attempt at repair.

Postage including return costs will be refunded in full once agreement to return is made.

A refund will not be made if the goods have been used, a repair attempted or examined by stripping, even by an expert.

Goods returned without notification or after 14 days will be treated as unsolicited gifts.

All goods  are Manufactured by the Company stated, the logos and  registered names of those companies are used with their permission,

Parafinalia reserves the right to refuse to serve, without explanation if :in their opinion :-

The intended purchaser has indicated a dangerous misuse of the item

or 

 There is an indication of an intent to defraud or involve in litigation
